**What challenges await you**:
Working under the responsibility of the Director of Investment, Partnership and Compliance, the incumbent will carry out various mandates concerning, among other things, the review and drafting of a wide range of legal documents relating to several aspects of commercial, real estate and corporate law.
- Assist professionals in the incorporation of companies
- Prepare various corporate agreements and resolutions
- Review and draft various legal agreements in commercial, real estate and corporate law
- Assist the various divisions (development, financing, partnership, construction, accounting, leasing, marketing) in all their legal needs (mainly contractual)
- Assemble real estate transaction files (acquisition, financing, sale)
- Assist external professionals in various real estate transactions (acquisition, financing, sale)
- Communicate with partners and investors to collect the necessary information
- Create relevant models
- Develop and update a database of precedents
- Perform all other related tasks related to financing and legal matters

**The profile we are looking for**
- Minimum experience of three (3) years ideally in the real estate and/or corporate field
- DEC or BAC in the legal field (an asset)
- Excellent oral and written French language skills
- Rigor and autonomy
- Ability to work in a team, good interpersonal communication
- Excellent sense of organization and priorities
