We specialize in complex interdisciplinary dentistry; Including veneers, inlays, onlays, bridges, dentures, cast partials, implant-based restorations, ortho, and sleep appliances. **Performance Requirements and Expectations**:

- Match shades accurately based on prescriptions and patient photos.
- Operate and maintain dental furnaces and patient photos.
- Inspect restorations for defects and ensure proper finish before delivery.
- Collaborate with ceramists, dental technicians, and clinicians to meet aesthetic goals.
- Maintain and organized work station.
- Follow safety and lab standards.
- Full time position: Monday to Friday.

**Performance Requirements and Expectations**:

- High school diploma or certification in Dental Technology preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in dental glazing or ceramic finishing.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, colour theory and ceramic materials.
- Experience with digital dental workflows (eg., CAD/CAM systems) and familiarity with ceramic systems (eg., zirconia, lithium disilicate).
- Artistic background or training is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
