The Best Western Cedar Park is looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Manager. Who can work along with housekeeping team, should be able to jump in where ever is needed, be able to multi-task, and complete each task in a timely manner. It is _**NOT**_ a desk job.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and inspected according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping supervisor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
