**How you might spend your days**:

- Communicating effectively (written and verbal) in both highly technical and non-technical environments with a broad range of colleagues (scientists to Senior Software Developers).
- Directing complex technology projects, including developing proposals, setting budgets, project planning and implementation.

- A minimum of three years of experience leading teams
