We are looking to hire crew leaders for our landscaping and property maintenance crews Do you love spending your summer days outdoors in beautiful Muskoka? Do you enjoy seeing your work come together to become something breath-taking? Do you see yourself managing a team in a growing company in a rapidly growing industry?

If you answered yes then we are looking for you Competitive wages available

**Requirements**:

- Able to work as part of a team and manage labourers on the crew
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Committed to use of PPE - CSA approved footwear, safety glasses, etc.
- Able to represent the company on site in a presentable and professional manner
- Punctual and reliable

The required tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Landscaping and associated labour tasks
- Lawn cutting, trimming, and blowing the leaves and lawn trimmings
- Weeding
- Hardscape projects:

- Retaining walls
- Flagstone patios
- Granite stairs, etc.
- Work safely with and around equipment, including but not limited to track dump carriers, excavators, skid steers, etc.
- Cottage open and close
- General property maintenance
- Assist with septic installation on occasion
- Assist with excavation projects such as foundation excavation, trenching, demolition, etc.

G license an asset.

Boating license an asset.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
- property maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- leadership/supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
