**Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage daily routing with a keen drive to find the optimal solution for the day’s deliveries
- Manage Delivery Drivers (Train, Work with HR, Hours, Schedules, Vacations)
- Liaison with sales associates to ensure customers delivery expectations are met
- Resolve work-related issues with other departments
- Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure adequate asset management by conducting timely maintenance and repair of transportation equipment: Fuel, Cleanliness, Reefers, Trucks
- Work with GM, and Warehouse Supervisor on operational process improvement
- Complete other duties as assigned

**Skills and requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as logistics associate or warehouse management
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain or logistics.
- Forklift experience or certification an asset
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Attention to detail with order accuracy and routing

**Work Environment**

The logistics supervisor typically works a mix of office and warehouse environment depending on the day. The physical demands of this job may include occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

**Hours, Salary, and Benefit**
- Typical working hours will be from 6am to 2:30pm. This might change depending on business needs of the day
- Salary with sick pay, STAT pay, bonus, and accrued vacation payout
- Extended health care, dental care, life, and disability insurance upon completion of six months of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
