**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Supervise and support classroom staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality caregiving practices.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings with parents or guardians.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies effectively to support program needs.
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication and involvement in the program.
- Organize events and activities that engage families and promote community involvement.

**Experience**
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Experience in classroom management and curriculum development is highly desirable.
