We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our **Armstrong, BC** dealership as a **Parts Advisor**. This is a **Full-Time** position ideally suited for someone that wants to come in and learn from the ground up (lots of opportunity for advancement with the right individual).

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Job Duties**
- Working with Country Tractor parts, service and sales team to support internal work and drive retail sales, including management of key accounts if applicable to the role.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, accuracy and professionalism.
- Inventory management, aging control, min/max and other support control mechanisms.
- Parts sourcing and ordering in accordance with shop scheduling while working closely between our customers and our service technicians.
- Ensure warranty procedures are timely and accurate for.
- Maximize warranty efficiencies and accuracies.
- Verify receiving shipments, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized and in a professional fashion.
- Must be able to operate a forklift in order to move parts in and out of warehouse and parts department.
- Work towards best in class customer service and teamwork within the Country Tractor organization.
- Take direction and take initiative for success, including special projects if assigned.
- Able to interact effectively in all situations and diffuse possible conflicts if they arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
