- **Tire & Lube Technician**_- working as part of the Vehicle Service’s Team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

- Tire Services: mounting/installation, balance & rotation, and flat repairs
- Lube Services: draining/filling, filter checks & replacements, and general inspections
- Customer Service: communicating directly to customers or Service personnel
- Shop Related: general housekeeping, Health & Safety compliance, shop supply replenishment, and assisting in other areas as needed
- Documentation: ensure proper storage of tires, documenting of rotation for future reference

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience/knowledge in the automotive trade preferred
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities on a daily basis
- Be a Team player
- Willingness to learn and accept direction from others
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 20kg repetitively
- Current, valid, clean driver’s license
- Must be available to work full-time, 5 days a week and Saturdays when required

**Customer Experience**:

- Provide explanation and diagnosis of repairs needed, when required to do so
- Ensure customer vehicle is kept clean and free from any damages while in our possession
- Take pride and ownership of your repairs and strive to ensure all necessary components are completed to ensure complete customer satisfaction
