Northstar Ford is looking for an Experienced Parts Person to join our parts department

This position will provide coverage within the Parts Departments at our Calgary/Cochrane locations.

Pay - $26 to $31 per hour dependent on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling, ordering and stocking automotive parts
- Take parts orders over the phone and in person as well as proactively assisting customer browsing the store
- Provide Service Technicians with Parts required for repairs
- Coordinates with the service department to ensure smooth delivery of parts
- Efficiently sources parts not found in store
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Consistently provides excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- 1 or more years of direct work experience in an automotive parts.
- Has a general understanding of automotive systems and parts.
- Experience and knowledge in Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is a must
- Must have above average computer skills

**Experience**:

- Automotive Parts: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
