**What You’ll Do**

**Baking & Pastry Creation**
- Craft an array of delicious baked goods from scratch, including pastries, bread, and cookies, with a focus on quality and artistry.
- Innovate and experiment with new recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Maintain impeccable standards for flavour, texture, and presentation that wow our customers.

**Coffee Crafting**
- Master the art of coffee: from velvety lattes to bold pour-overs, every cup is a masterpiece.
- Share your coffee knowledge with customers, helping them discover their perfect brew.
- Create seasonal coffee pairings and specials that showcase your creativity.

**Customer Connection**
- Deliver warm, friendly service that makes every customer feel like part of the family.
- Anticipate needs and go the extra mile to create memorable moments.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience & Skills**
- At least **2 years of baking experience** in a professional setting.
- Barista experience is an asset but not required—passion and a willingness to learn go a long way.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace standards_**. (BC FoodSafe Level 1 or Equivalent)**_

**Physical Requirements for Food Industry Roles**
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs / 20 kgs.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Mandatory punctuality: Arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled shift to be prepared to start on time.
- Adherence to the dress code: Blue jeans, a black polo shirt & Slip-Resistant Shoes.
- Compliance with food safety standards: Regular handwashing, maintaining hygiene, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all tasks.
- Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various roles as needed (e.g., cleaning, keeping an eye on inventory, restocking, and customer service).

**Operational Hours**
- **Monday to Friday**: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Saturday and Sunday**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Statutory Holidays**: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
