Twin-City Interloc Inc. is an established landscape construction company operating in Kitchener, Waterloo and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a Construction Foreman/woman with leadership capabilities and strong landscape construction skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to assess and manage project sites, read blueprints and implement a landscape design
- Work closely with a project manager to: maintain efficient operations, meet deadlines and project budgets
- Supervise a construction crew of 3-5 employees
- Operates a variety of equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, sod cutters, laser level, etc.
- Maintains assigned equipment and reports required repairs
- Complies with TCI's health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensures trucks, equipment and tools remain clean and maintained
- Winter season snow removal
**Knowledge and Experience**
- A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience working in the landscape construction field
- Required construction knowledge and experience in the installation of paving stone, retaining walls, garden bed preparation, plantings, and other elements of the landscape construction industry
- Skills: good oral and communication skills’ excellent problem solving; interpersonal; organizational; planning; and ability to make decisions confidently
- G’ class Ontario drivers licence (Class A licence would be an asset)
- Ability to operate smart phones and tablets
**Working Conditions**:
Work duties will primarily be carried out outdoors and regularly exposed to wet and\or humid conditions and hot and cold weather

Full time position providing 45-60 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
