Kingston, Canada Princess Towers Apartments Full time

Must be available to start shift at 9:00 am - 4pm daily, work independently, or in a team concept, approximately 5 days a week, year round employment. Occasional Saturdays / Sundays as needed. Probationary period - 6 months
- Must be bondable, and CPIC is required.
- Excellent Customer Service, and Pleasant & Positive Attitude.
- Cleaning duties include but are not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing and detailed cleaning of the following:

- Tenant Apartments upon vacant-( including windows, kitchen, bathrooms, stoves, fridges), floors, stripping, and waxing, and reporting repairs for our Maintenance Department to complete.
- Hallways
- Laundry Room
- Lobby
- Windows
- Elevators
- Fire Stairwells

Other duties as required by Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
