As Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to help source used vehicles for the growth of all Bramgate

This fantastic opportunity is suitable for an energetic, self-motivated, customer focused individual looking to take their career to the next level
- Enter VINs from service information into appraisal software
- Enter any customer reply as a lead in SM360 as appointment
- Enter the result of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary follow-ups.
- Lead the turnover process from interested clients to the Sales departments
- Personally handle escalation of any Service visit concerns to the relevant department Managers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and individual development sessions.
- Other duties as required.
- Requirements: _
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in verbal and written English language.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous BDC and Dealership experiences. Able to manage 40-75 interactions per day.
- Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered.
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic database.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous CRM experience an asset.
- OMVIC license a requirement for this position.
