We have seen great success at our 4 plants in Canada, and are thrilled to announce that we will be opening a 3rd shift at our site here in Surrey BC

The shift schedule for this position is Monday - Fridayfrom **10:30pm - 7:00am**(overnight shift).

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with Blockmould Endline forklift operator on required EPS blocks as per schedule.
- Coordinating with the Cutting Line Leader for the cutting schedule on specific shift.
- Ensuring products are correctly identified as per customer’s requirements.
- Completing production forms and reports.
- Assisting in loading, unloading, and moving EPS blocks and finished products as necessary.
- Responsible for coordinating product dimensions and specification with the cutter.
- Communicating any product or machine related issues to the Line Leader.
- Packing finished products and labeled as per standard specifications.
- Identifying and ensuring defective products are separated.
- Ensuring proper quality and quantities of packaging of products as specify.
- Ensuring all EPS trimmings are segregated properly as per specifications and moved to the regrinding section.
- Performing operational maintenance works on equipment and machineries to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation.
- Operating material handling equipment safely.
- Reporting any equipment defects.
- Other job-related duties and projects, as assigned.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Grade 12 Diploma, or equivalent.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot production issues.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to be accurate and thorough.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic math skills.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Understanding of QMS (Quality Management System) as they relate to this position.

Pay: From $18.75 per hour
