Kamloops, Canada Anvil Ironworks Ltd. Full time

Anvil Ironworks is looking for assistance in our metal fabrication shop located in Dallas/Campbell Creek area of Kamloops.

Job duties/responsibilities:

- Assist welders, fabricators, painters in a variety of work activities
- Help with daily maintenance
- Prep and painting of materials
- Packaging shipments
- Shop maintenance and cleaning
- General labour activities as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

- Drivers license
- Able to accurately read a tape measure
- Familiar with a variety of tools - mechanically inclined/fast learner
- Forklift and Overhead Crane experience an asset
- Physically fit
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Enthusiastic team member as well being able to work with minimum supervision as needed.

Closest transit stop is 30 minutes walk so reliable means of transportation is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
