**Job Description**:
The Building project manager is responsible for the management of any projects related to Rodeo FX building expansion (and actual infrastructure). This person will be directly working with our CEO and will provide general supervision, ensure that effective processes and systems are in place and that departmental and project objectives are met.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Being responsible for all the project management related to our building expansion and current infrastructure;
- Being in touch with the employee and expansion building manager and our CEO in the objective to coordinate the realization of the projects;
- Manage all the relationship with our contractors;
- Create, maintain and improve a maintenance program for all our infrastructure;
- Be able to intervene in the field if necessary.

**Qualifications**:
**Position requirements**:

- 3 to 6 years of experience as a project manager
- Experience in the building industry or a related industry
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience or knowledge with Floorplanner
- Fluent in french and english
- Being proactive, hands-on, versatile and details oriented
