**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Maintain organized records of project files and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor companies safety policy and ensure safety documentation is being organized and submitted to clients.
- Provide administrative support to the construction management team as needed.
- Help implement and maintain PO system.
- Track material costs per project
- Process, reconcile and verify invoices.
- Payroll
- Human Resources duties

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
