The Student, Talent Acquisition position will support the Talent Acquisition Team in acquiring top talent and improving the overall employee experience. This position will provide exposure to full-cycle recruitment activities.
**What you’ll do**
- Interview scheduling support (calling and booking interviews)
- Job posting support
- Working with HR Software (Workday)
- Onboarding support (completing hires and coordinating new hires for day 1)
- Reporting support (weekly reports and data maintenance)
- Participate in projects to develop, review and improve HR processes
- Responding to general HR-related topics as required
**Who you are**
- Available to begin work in **May 2025**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Critical thinker and ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-performing team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task and meet strict and occasionally moving deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Proficiency in using MS office suites is an asset
- Proficiency in using any of the following systems is considered an asset: WorkDay, VidCruiter, Sterling Backchecks and Textio

**Education**
- Must be enrolled in a **Business Program (specialization in HR is preferred) Undergraduate Program**at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
- **New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.**
