**What you will be doing**:

- Servicing new and existing accounts by analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting tests, and resolving problems;
- Repairing appliances in multi-family complexes;
- Troubleshooting issues with all commercial equipment;
- Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints or the current building / plumbing codes;
- Inspecting product quality and installation to ensure conformance and customer satisfaction;
- Documenting service and installation actions by completing electronic forms, reports, logs, and records;
Other required duties may be assigned that fall within the parameters of the primary responsibility of the position.

**What you bring**:

- Journeyman Appliance Technician Certificate;
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the same role;
- Recent service experience required;
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Gas “A” ticket is an asset;
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and willingness to provide a current 3-year driver’s abstract;
- Valid safety certifications such as First Aid, Fall Protection, Cross Connection Control, WHMIS, TDG, CSTS, PSTS, AWP, and H2S Alive considered an asset.
