**Required Education/Experience**:

- B.S. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Diploma equivalent work experience
- 1 year + Industry Related Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitors the performance and maintenance of waste treatment equipment to assure safe and optimum functioning;
- Orders chemicals for Waste treatment process;
- Maintains appropriate levels of inventory to maintain waste treatment process;
- Conducts testing of waste treatment process to ensure compliance;
- Conducts testing of pre-treatment process to ensure quality of materials prior to painting;
- Reviews various reports associated with the waste treatment process to determine adherence to environmental regulations;
- Evaluates and recommends changes in methods and procedures in assigned area of responsibility;
- Prepares reports concerning departmental activities;
- Participates in meeting Health and Safety objectives;
- Other duties as assigned.
