**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable **General Laborer** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that supports our construction crews with day-to-day site tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and is looking to build a long-term career in construction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Follow company safety procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Construction or general labor experience is an asset (but not required)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites (driver’s license preferred)
