We are currently recruiting a **Team Leader, Warehousing** **Operations** to join our team. Reporting to theWarehouse Operations Supervisor, the role will provide management and governance in the day-to-day operations of the organization.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, shipping, identifying, and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Work closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels and submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basis
- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
- Meet warehouse goals and objectives, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective actions
- Report discrepancies and collaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when the product is missing in a delivery
- Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, calling for repairs
- Pick orders using a RF scanner and Material Handling Equipment such as Centre riders, Motorized carts or a Reach truck
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, load, ship)
- Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
- Accomplish warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school Diploma/GED required
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency, ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in Health and Safety requirements/standards
- Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
