TacoTime is a quick-service restaurant chain offering a tasty variety of freshly prepared, home style, Mexican fare. We are focused on providing our customers with great tasting food and excellent service. This location has been local family owned/operated since 1988 & maintains a high level of customer service. We have a diverse, inclusive & friendly staff that likes to keep a fun & casual environment while taking pride in the work that they do.

This is a new position for weekday morning prep/lunch cashier. The position would involve being responsible for making all of our in store prepped items & getting the hot/cold rails ready to go for the lunch period. During the lunch rush you would help, as needed, with one of the tills. Everything you need to know would be taught to you upon hiring but having some kitchen experience would certainly be an asset.

It is planned to be a **Monday - Friday, 9am - 230pm schedule**. There may be opportunities for longer shifts on certain days but that would be discussed beforehand.

**Duties include**:

- Food preparation required for all menu items and products. Including but not limited to: dicing/cutting raw vegetables, stove work & creation of TacoTime specific products.
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Maintaining a high level of standards for raw and finished product quality
- Provide customers with the highest level of service
- Cash handling & point of sale operation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $12.00-$13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are strongly recommended to wear masks but it is no longer a requirement.
