**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to detect issues or malfunctions in existing alarm systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper installation of alarm components.
- Troubleshoot system failures and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in alarm technology.
- Availability for after hours service calls, and be part of an on call rotation.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to detect issues in fire alarm systems.
- Proficient in working with low voltage wiring and electrical components.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints for accurate installation of systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
