**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy and slow periods.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Experience**
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store orderly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
