- Key Responsibilities_
- _Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival_
- _Manage wait lists and seating to ensure smooth service flow_
- _Escort guests to tables and provide menus_
- _Communicate wait times accurately and professionally_
- _Answer phone calls and handle take-out or reservation inquiries (if applicable)_
- _Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area_
- _Coordinate with servers and management to optimize table turns_
- _Assist with guest questions, concerns, or special requests_
- _Uphold Chuck’s Roadhouse standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality_
- Qualifications & Skills_
- _Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude_
- _Strong communication and customer service skills_
- _Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment_
- _Team-oriented with a positive work ethic_
- _Reliable, punctual, and well-organized_
- _Previous hosting or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required_
- _Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant_

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
