**Position Summary**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for onsite activities such as product onboarding, product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and search improvements.
- Merchandise product, category, brand, and collection pages in accordance with DTC marketing campaigns and visual merchandising initiatives
- Work with internal and external stakeholder’s, for timely product activation in sync with global brand and DTC marketing activities
- Complete product onboarding, merchandising and ensure product listing and categorization are current and accurate for optimal user experience
- Enhance online merchandising strategies to create seamless and unique shopping experiences for key customer segments
- Analyze content, user behavior and product performance to support and conduct A/B testing plans to improve conversions and user experience
- Responsible for the Titleist and FJ presence on Amazon. Manage product listings and daily operations in partnership with the Acushnet marketing, sales and operations teams
- Weekly tracking to identify opportunities and challenges of sell-thru by category
- Participate in projects to enhance the local site experience in collaboration with the global DTC team
- Be familiar with industry best practices and technology to continuously optimize the online user experience and customer journey
- Leverage data and insights to provide recommendations to increase sell-through and enhance the online consumer experience
- Manage campaign set-up and execution in Emarsys leveraging existing Titleist and FootJoy process
- Support DTC Manager to plan and execute successful digital marketing efforts that drive traffic, database growth, deepen consumer engagement and conversion on the Titleist and FJ ecommerce sites
- Liaise with global business operations, marketing and merchandising to provide support and recommendations based on both customer and system experience
- Work closely with local Customer Service Representatives to triage reported customer issues and identify root causes
- Delivering communications on campaign launches, system changes, work in progress and issues with local customer service reps
- Drive the quality assurance process for testing new enhancements and releases across all end-to-end systems
- Be the intermediary of internal and external shared service functions and operational issues
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience within eCommerce, DTC sales, functions, and platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Understanding of Google Analytics and pulling reports
- Proven experience building compelling online experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion
- Strong understanding of both the marketing and UX functionality of an e-commerce site and the supporting operational elements such as transaction flow, inventory, shipping, returns, customer service, etc.
- Able to work collaboratively in cross functional teams with strong project management and facilitation skills
- Organized, detail oriented and results-driven
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and complete them on-time, on-budget, with a clear focus on quantitative results
- A willingness to be both strategic and tactical as needed
