**Network / System Support Specialist**

**Main tasks**
- Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function. Perform ongoing

performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk
partitions as required.
- Configure and define parameters for installation or testing of local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), hubs,

routers, switches, controllers, multiplexers, or related networking equipment. Evaluate local area network (LAN) or wide
area network (WAN) performance data to ensure sufficient availability or speed, to identify network problems, or for

disaster recovery purposes.
- Operation support of multiple software development projects and teams in their duties, tasks, responsibilities and

functions.

- Work with cross functional teams including end users, technology experts, quality assurance analysts, product managers

and developers to elaborate and maintain technical specifications.
- Assist, develop and maintain technical and system documentation, including installation and configuration procedures as

required.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.

Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
**Qualification Profile**
- Experience with various platforms and operating systems including: IBM AIX, Linux /Unix Windows
- Experience implementing web services
- Good knowledge LDAP and directory structures
- Network implementation and performance tuning
- 5 years IT experience
- Oracle RDBMS version 12c and/or higher
