Key Responsibilities
- **Prospect Research & Identification**: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential customers, using CRM databases, social media platforms, and industry reports to build targeted lead lists Artisan.
- **Lead Qualification & Scoring**: Assess incoming and outbound leads against predefined criteria (e.g., budget, timeline, authority), and assign lead scores to prioritize follow-up by sales representatives SalesRoads.
- **Database Maintenance**: Accurately enter and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring data hygiene and enabling seamless handoff to sales Artisan.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor lead generation metrics (e.g., number of qualified leads, conversion rates) and prepare regular performance reports to inform strategy adjustments Talentlyft.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and with sales teams to align on ideal customer profiles and lead-handoff processes APQC.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in lead generation, proposing new tools, techniques, and channels to improve effectiveness Adaface.

Required Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Talentlyft.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in a lead generation, sales development, or telemarketing role, with demonstrated success hitting lead-generation targets SalesRoads.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Outreach), and MS Office suite Superworks.

- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to craft compelling outreach messages and engage prospects effectively Artisan.

- **Teamwork & Collaboration**: Works proactively with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless lead-generation workflows APQC.
