You would be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and coaching employees as well as the evaluation process. You would design the structure and processes, accountabilities and job descriptions to attract the talent that delivers the highest standards of service.
Curbz Landscaping has been creating award winning landscapes for over 15 years. Our clients have expressed an on-going need for someone to help them keep their properties looking as good as the day we left.

Salary commensurate with experience.
