**Become a connected Invoicing Specialist**

We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the person will be responsible for all tasks related to the billing of our customers.

**Your contribution**

**The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Process efficiently and accurately service orders to ensure automated monthly invoicing is triggered correctly respecting contract terms:

- Interact with the Sales and/or Operations teams when necessary to clarify contract terms and make sure recurring monthly invoices are scheduled in alignment with the contract;
- Manage contract changes, pricing change, exceptions and adjustments when requests are sent to Billing;
- Monitor customer accounts for changes or updates that may impact billing;
- Generate monthly invoicing with billing system.
- Create non monthly invoices manually or via upload in billing system:

- Receive and review internal requests and create invoices accordingly;
- Process billable support tickets and create related invoices.
- Provide excellent billing support:

- Receive incoming customer requests, resolve billing inquirie;
- Perform the necessary research by communicating with the appropriate department and correct the invoice if required.
- Assist with monthly revenue analysis

**Working Conditions**
- The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet month-end deadlines._

**The profile we are looking for**

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or equivalent role.

Education/Certification/Designation
- DEC in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.

Competencies
- Strong math's and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and efficiency, attention to detail
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite an asset
- Solid computer skills: good knowledge of Excel functionalities (pivot tables, vlookups, sumif/sumifs, data sorting and filtering)
- Curiosity to learn about Data Center business
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
