- Work under a certified technician
- High drive and work ethic
- Able to accept direction and criticism from Technicians and Production Manager
- General mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of safety priority
- Open to learning and high desire to expand and grow
- Must attend/ complete apprenticeship training as required
- Must have own toolsOther duties as assigned
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientedWorking knowledge of computers
