**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an **Embroidery Machine Operator** to join our team. While experience with industrial embroidery machines is a plus, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to learn. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality decorated apparel for our customers, so attention to detail and reliability are key.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor multiple industrial embroidery machines to meet production deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on finished embroidered products to ensure high standards.
- Complete basic daily machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow production orders, design specifications, and instructions accurately.
- Assist with other production duties as needed, including trimming, packing, and order prep.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in the apparel industry (embroidery, sewing, finishing, or similar) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and professionalism.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move materials as needed.
- Must be located in Canada to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour
