Hours may vary based on experience, client meetings and time of year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source 100% of your own leads
- Cold-calling
- Work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Be fully accountable for project accuracy.
- Meet aggressive monthly sales targets to remain in role.
- Serving as the initial and primary client contact (maintenance and construction)
- Meeting and corresponding with clients both residential and commercial
- Evaluating job sites and providing estimations (using CRM) on scope of work with accurate measurements.
- Designing (hand drawing is an asset)/ planning blue prints for sites
- Material ordering
- Knowledgeable about construction and project management is an asset
- Conduct site meetings and construction kick-offs
- Researching and implementing marketing and business strategies is an asset
- Write blogs; knowledge in WordPress is an asset
- Reviewing job costing to accurately estimate and keep team on target
- Updated and creating SOP's

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ Years Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development or Landscaping REQUIRED
- Proficient in estimating, quoting, and upselling high-end landscaping projects
- G licensed Driver with clean Drivers Abstract.

**Compensations**
- Commission
- No reimbursement for mileage, phone, or supplies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.25-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 70 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Master's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape: 3 years (required)
- Management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
