Mister John Auto Collision Ltd. has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Parts Manager. We are looking for a reliable and committed team player who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment.

**What You Will Be Responsible For (but not limited to)**:

- Track, receive and distribute parts and inventory control;
- Work closely with the Collision Repair Managers to ensure RO parts are ordered, received and tagged as per department processes;
- Unpack and examine incoming part orders for quality, quantity and condition;
- Identify and label parts to RO number;
- Track parts delays and backorders;
- Mirror matching;
- Return parts for credit;
- Stock parts and maintain an organized department;
- Maintain vendor relationships, discounts and rapport;
- Coordinate rim repairs;
- Shop supplies inventory and purchasing;
- Liase and oversee uniforms and waste management delivery;
**What You Bring With You**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a automotive parts department in repair facility or dealership;
- Highly organized, meticulous and detail-oriented personality;
- Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment;
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work well in an active role;
- Ability to work independently and in team environment;
- Strong command of English language;
- Effective listening and written proficiencies;
- Computer proficient in BodyShop Connect, Mitchell Connect, MS Office;
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license and clean drivers' abstract;
