**Description du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) **Représentant(e) du service à la clientèle** motivé(e) et professionnel(le) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos patients, en les accompagnant tout au long de leur parcours avec empathie et efficacité.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Accueillir les patients en personne, par téléphone ou par courriel de manière chaleureuse et professionnelle
- Fournir des renseignements clairs concernant les services, procédures et rendez-vous
- Planifier, confirmer et gérer les rendez-vous des patients
- Collaborer avec les techniciens et le personnel médical pour assurer une expérience fluide
- Traiter et résoudre les préoccupations des patients avec courtoisie et diligence
- Maintenir les dossiers à jour et respecter les politiques de confidentialité

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience préalable en service à la clientèle, idéalement dans le domaine de la santé ou administratif
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
- Empathie et capacité d’écoute active
