**Anticipated Schedule**: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet program and staffing needs including some evenings and weekends.

**POSTION SUMMARY**
The Program Support Manager (PSM) supports the ongoing coordination of BGC Winnipeg’s children and youth programs through strong administrative practices, including data management, report writing and the organizing of people and systems to better support BGC Winnipeg programs and staff. The PSM is also responsible for the management of programs within their portfolio. This position works closely with the Program Leadership Team as they work to support our Clubs to successfully manage and implement intentional, high-quality programs to children, youth, and families across Winnipeg.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Program leadership including program development and coordination (Arts, Sports, Culture, Leadership, Education, Life Skills). This includes staff coordination, liaise with program partners, facility permits, participant and team registrations, monitoring, and reporting.
- Responsible for the booking, management, and maintenance scheduling of the agency vehicles
- Collaboratively develop and update program manuals and procedures
- Assist in the administration and reporting of financial resources allocated to the program areas under their portfolio. This encompasses grant proposals, reports, and creating and monitoring program financial budgets.
- Support the Program Leadership Team and HR department in staff recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of staff.
- Assist the Program Leadership Team to identify, design, deliver and evaluate training and professional development needs for program staff.
- Responsible for facility and equipment acquisition and management in accordance with agency requirements, safety regulations and terms and conditions of lease or agreements.
- Oversee the acquisition and distribution of donations and event tickets
- Develop, maintain, and nurture collaborative community relationships to strengthen services and supports for youth.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of records regarding the agency, programs, and participants are maintained
- Assist in the development and implementation of administration systems and programs.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Leadership team
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Degree/Diploma in Recreation Management, Social Services, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and or experience
- Experience in children and youth program development and evaluation
- Experience working with children and youth
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Aptitude in problem-solving and sound judgment in decision-making
- Experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of community-based resources and experience working collaboratively with youth, families, and community
- Fluent in MS Office Suite and Microsoft 365
- Staff and or volunteer supervision experience
- Must have and maintain a Class 5F Manitoba Driver’s License, have access to a vehicle and have and maintain a clear Driver’s Abstract.
- Provide and maintain a clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check (dated within the last 6 months
