Yukon Brewing is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic procurement professional to join our team. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for a variety of tasks involving procurement, production and logistics within the company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Inventory management

Creation of a production schedule

Processing of vendor orders and creation of Purchase Orders

Processing of incoming shipments

Billing audits

Warehouse walkthrough and task assignments for packaging teams

Organize and process all outbound dunnage

Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight with carriers and warehouse team

Distribution of product and supplies between Yukon Brewing locations

File damage claims with shipping carriers

Resolving all customer concerns regarding shipping issues

Tasks and special projects as necessary

**Requirements**:
Post Secondary education or equivalent experience

19 years or older

Fluent in English

Clean criminal record

Must be self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take ownership and initiative to perform tasks beyond assignment-specific duties

Strong teamwork skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Able to work in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to high quality of standards

Attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines

Access to reliable transportation

Lift 55 lbs

Operate a forklift and complex machinery

**Experience & Education**:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Experience working in a brewery or production facility is preferred but Yukon Brewing Company will provide onsite training.

WHIMIS training and First Aid Certification are considered an asset

Hours: 40 hours (Monday through Friday)
