## Job Overview

- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Effective communication skills

**Wage and Compensation**:

- **Starting Wage**: $18 per hour. Wage increase for supervisors.
- **Holiday Pay**: Increased rates during holidays
- **Performance-Based Pay Raise Evaluation**:

- **Tips**: 100% to cleaners
- **Transportation**: Must drive or can commute to Seton or/and Chestermere
- **Monthly Bonuses**: Given based on performance

**Work Schedule**:

- **Daily Hours**: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Depending on the property
- **Weekly Hours**: Range of 15 to 25 hours per week

**Supplies and Equipment**:
