We are currently seeking a Full **Time Ramp Agent / Aircraft refueler/**, to join our FBO Team.

**Ramp Agent / Aircraft Refueler Duties Include**
- This position is responsible for marshaling in aircraft to the FBO location.
- Responsible for all ground services required by aircraft such as air stairs, hook up for lavatory, water, and ground power services to the aircraft.
- Transfer baggage and cargo from aircraft to FBO and FBO to aircraft
- Safely tow aircraft in and out of the hangar
- To greet and serve our customers with the highest standards
- Transportation of passengers, as needed, to/from area hotels.
- Responsible to refuel aircraft according to standard procedure.
- Complete quality control testing on fuel product.
- This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation
- Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance FBO efficiency
- Experience with aviation ground handling services is very much desired but not a requirement. Gateway Facilities ULC has a thorough training program to ensure that all of our employees meet and exceed the highest levels of safety and customer service. This position does require you to work in all weather conditions, and flexibility with your schedule is a must as we operate 24 hours a day. As a minimum requirement, each applicant must posses the following:

- High school diploma
- Be at least 18 years of age
- A valid drivers license
- Must pass Transport Canada Security Clearance
- Ability to work as a team or on your own with little or no supervision

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
