As a Hostess/Host with us, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to families while in the reception area, setting up food and beverages and ensuring the area remains clean and presentable for all guests. You’ll have our support as you serve families, every single day. Located in the city of Peterborough, on the Otonabee River. Peterborough is a one-of-a-kind place, located on nature’s doorstep with many trails, parks and easy access to cottage country and lakes. Nisbett Funeral Home has the distinct honour and pleasure of serving 300 families annually.

**What you bring to the role**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
