Irrigation Worker

**As an Irrigation Worker you will be responsible for**:

- Turns irrigation systems on and off as designated.
- Installs, repairs, or replaces all components of the irrigation system.
- Operates timers, sensors, and controllers for sprinklers.
- May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**About You**:
**You’ll have**:

- Certificates an asset (please specify).
- Valid ‘G’ Drivers license & clean abstract.

**And have the**:

- Ability to install, operate, troubleshoot, and repair manual/computerized irrigation systems.
- Ability to follow, understand and enforce verbal and written instructions and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of manual and/or computerized irrigation systems.
- Stamina, as manual labour is required.

You’ll also be able to work in various weather conditions in a fast-paced environment.
