**Job description**

TCBH Healthcare is a multi-disciplinary healthcare group that specializes in mínimally invasive surgeries across various specialties such Urology, GI, General Surgery etc. Some of the most innovative and well renowned surgeries are performed at our Level 3 OHP, TCBH Surgical Centre. In the past few years, TCBH Surgical Centre is now home to Canada's first NanoKnife procedure for prostate cancer, Canada's first Laserhemorrhoidoplasty procedure, North America's first non surgical Allurion gastric galloon procedure amongst other numerous mínimally invasive procedures performed at TCBH Healthcare.

**Job Duties**:

- Follow up on all generated sales leads in a professional and timely manor.
- Demonstrate impeccable customer service to promote TCBH’s services.
- Following training, be able to provide prospective insight into the available procedures and services, whilst moving physicians forward in the outreach program.
- Respond to physician inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal health information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide and gather information, enabling patient requirements to be dealt with efficiently.
- Meet and achieve performance-based targets and metrics for the team.
- Meet high standards of cleanliness and adhere to infection control and prevention.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Previous field sales experience in healthcare desirable but not necessary.
- Demonstrated high quality, compassionate, customer centered experience.
- Proven ability to work proficiently and independently in a busy fast paced environment.
- Ability to establish priorities and achieve objectives with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in technology including EMR and CRM
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of electronic medical records or electronic health records (Accuro EMR) desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, be resourceful and demonstrate flexibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Field healthcare sales experience

**Please note that this position is a commission based position only. Individuals will be provided with a competitive commission plan that could help you earn an annual compensation of about $100,000 if all annual targets are met. **
