Bellman

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Bellman will greet, escort and transport Guests to their rooms. You will explain operations of room features, deliver luggage, messages and room service orders to Guests. Assist Guests with directions and information on local area. Valet park vehicles, keep lobbies, entrances and restrooms clean. Act as member of hotel security team.

This job requires you to be able to work rotating shifts, both day and evening, weekends and holidays.

Greet guest at the front door
Take care of guest luggage
Motor coach tours arrivals and departures
Oversee amenities in the main lobby
Oversee and deliver special deliveries to guest rooms
Responds to guest maintenance request in the evening in a prompt and courteous manner
Arrive to work on-time and ready to begin shift (follows call-out policy)
Arrive to work in appropriate work attire (uniform, footwear, name tag) neat and professional in appearance
Acknowledge our guest with a smile and friendly “hello.” Promptly attends to guest needs
Displays a positive “can do” attitude while maintaining a high level of professionalism consistent with the company values
Demonstrate a team behavior and attitude of working together to accomplish tasks (even if outside specific job duties)
Complete work in a timely manner and meets productivity standards/expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills Required:
Exceptional Customer Service
Valid drivers license
Ability to take direction from others
Self motivated.
Ability to work well with others (i.e. interacts appropriately with guests and staff.) Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks safely and efficiently, communicate effectively, ability to learn and adapt to change.
