**PFC Transformation Team** delivers exciting, industry leading capabilities and solutions to enable competitive advantage and profitable growth for PFC.

The Team is charged with delivering technical solutions and sustainment for the Frontline including SalesHUB+, Hardware Management, Customer EDI, Digitization, Precision Ordering and Future Sales Technologies.

PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening on the Transformation Team for a
**Transformation Manager**. The Manager will work with Field Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Development, Finance, Marketing, Customers and key FLNA partners to expand Precision Ordering, enable customer facing technologies and sustain EDI / ASN processes. This includes ensuring new key tools are delivered to enable our competitive DSD precision ordering as well as being a thought leader to develop additional strategies and tactics that drive net sales growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with the FLNA Growth office - Support Bringing new platforms to support Field Sales technologies. Continue to drive Precision Ordering Team to ensure precision DSD tools are developed and delivered to the PFC business, and are aligned with the FLNA program
- Work closely with the PFC Field Execution Teams - Provide full sustainment/baseline support to PFC Field end-users to drive issue resolution, skill building, and enhancement requests. Communicate results back to the Field in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Work closely with the PFC Customer development Teams and key customers - ensure that the precision ordering solution is meeting PFC customer needs for in-store execution
- Partner with PFC & FLNA IT Teams - to enhance and develop new precision DSD tools which provide value to the customer and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of PFC frontline DSD roles
- Partner with PFC Change Leadership - deliver Change Management deliverables including the Change Plan, Stakeholder Analysis, communication/training plan, training materials, and deployment plans.
- Leading and coaching a team to successfully manage competing priorities and timelines while supporting the Field sales team as SME’s

**Qualifications**
- 7 years PFC experience, proven business and people results
- PFC business and systems knowledge
- Strong field experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- People leadership, change management experience
- Location: GTA
- 25% Travel (US & Canada)
