Interested in join the Lower Mainland’s fastest growing waste company? Maple Leaf Disposal, based in Langley, BC, is looking for an experienced Roll Off Load Dispatcher to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong multi-tasking & time management skills and the ability to liaise and effectively communicate with all customers and drivers. If you are a team focused, organized, and motivated individual Maple Leaf is the place for you. We are currently hiring for 5x8 hour afternoon shifts - Tuesday to Saturday. Shift would be 11:30am start to 8:00pm Tuesday to Friday and 10:00am start to 6:30pm end on Saturdays.
- Plan, organize calls and routes, prioritize orders to meet customers needs, as well as maintain productivity and efficiency levels.
- Provide daily reports to management on productivity and profit.
- Schedule and assign drivers to calls and ensure required information, and equipment are provided to efficiently complete assignments.
- Be a problem solver with the ability to think fast with a solutions-based mindset.
- Collaborate with dispatch team, sales team and customers to facilitate successful and on-time service of pick-ups and deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers to meet deadlines and solve last minute issues to achieve and maintain high level of service with compliance of company’s safety plan, policies and procedures.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
- Maintain entry and or modify to ensure information accuracy in company’s dispatch system.
- Able to work independently with mínimal to no supervision.
- Salary based on experience.
- Benefits available after 3 months.
- Knowledge of the Lower Mainland would be necessary.
- Experience in waste industries is considered an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with route planning and dispatch in an office setting.
- Highly organized, quick thinker who can manage time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
- Energetic person who delivers personalized service, works well with diverse personalities, values and understands company-customer relationship is very important.
- Strong data entry and telephone skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
