**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our dynamic team at our new daycare center opening in Gibbons. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daycare program, including curriculum development, staff management, parent communication, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that promotes the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children ages 12 months to 12 years.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure the highest quality of care and education for children.
- Collaborate with staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, including regular updates on their child's progress and any relevant information about the program.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the daycare program, including scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a licensed childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and accreditation standards for daycare centers.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Salary and Benefits:
Based on the experience $26.62 - $28.62

Hours: 37.5 per week
