**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help manage a variety of disciplines including artists, designers, software engineers, QA and other production staff.
- Help keep the project schedule and support the development team from one project phase to the next while ensuring quality, collaboration and communication. You will report to a Development Director on the production team.
- Provide task and backlog management to employees across diverse skillsets within a single project team
- Support planning, scrum and sprint retrospective sessions with their team in an Agile development framework
- Partner with Development Directors and production to manage scope and quality

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience engaging and motivating remote and hybrid teams
- Experience in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile

Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2025. We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2025, **slated to graduate no earlier than May 2028**. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 16-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
