Counter Attendant / Barista / Sandwich Artist

Available Shifts:
**-Weekdays Morning**: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30pm to 2:30pm (30 hrs per week)

**-Weekdays Afternoon**: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:30pm to 6:30pm (20 hrs per week)

**-Weekends**: Saturdays and Sundays 8:30pm to 4:30pm (16 hrs per week)

**-Weekends**: Saturdays and Sundays 9:30pm to 5:30pm (16 hrs per week)

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist with stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate change accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
